High performing antioxidant serum: Oil free
It is clear/slightly cloudy viscous liquid;
it is super-saturated with Vitamin C - don't be alarmed if you see some crystals in the liquid.
Ingredients: Purified Aqua, L Ascorbic Acid ( Vitamin C), Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium PCA ( NaPCA), Sea Minerals complex, Hyaluronic acid, Sorbate, Ferulic acid. Preservative: Leucidal(R)
This is a thick, moderately sticky highly powerful antioxidant (min 20 -22%Vitamin C) developed for daily use on the face. Usage: apply directly to the face after cleansing. Most skin types will feel a light sting for several minutes - don't be alarmed it is just the Vitamin C doing its job. If the sting is too much just dab some water on the affected area and it will ease very quickly.
Apply your makeup and sunscreen after application. If you don't use makeup or sunscreen and don't like the sticky feel then just dab some water on your face.
We recommend this for application twice daily - morning & evening.
You might find some light yellow staining on the pillow cases if you apply before bed
We've jammed about as much Vitamin C as practicable into this high potency serum. As soon as we mix the C into water the yellowing starts. You will see, as the Vitamin C oxidises it turns from light yellow to darker yellow, then caramel over time. We recommend using this inside 6 months.
Any exposed serum will appear to crystallize - this is the residual Vitamin C crystals as the water is evaporated. I
Storage - in a cool dark place. In the drawer in the bathroom is better than on the bench top.
